This one-owner beauty was the venue for many holiday dinners and family gatherings. When the living room wasn't large enough to hold all the guests, the family took down a bedroom wall to enlarge the living room and air-conditioned and heated the garage so they could serve dinner there! In today's times, the new owners will probably take down some walls and rearrange the floor plan again!
