There is a historic roughed in drive,that was rough in before 1969 but that not been maintained so will need repair. The Pemi is in the river corridor so a shoreland plan would have to be filed w/state by the buyer once they determine what they plan to cut and where they plan to build.The current owners have used it as a camping place for their out of State family to get together since purchasing it in 2003. NHDOT accidentally covered the driveway with highway barrier not noticing that it was a driveway. It is in process of getting them back to move it.
