The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, the pool may not be advisable for use, and after rain, debris may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Security cameras are installed outside for safety, not pointing to the pool area. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or on the property, and a maximum of six guests can be accommodated. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, and no third-party bookings are permitted without written agreement. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Monetary fines may be pursued for rule violations.
