The three lower level bedrooms all have their own unique features. One includes it's own en-suite 3/4 bath while the other two share a bathroom, each with their own sink. One of the bedrooms includes a small reading or play nook under the stairs while the other gets pool / back yard views. From the pool, there is a direct entrance into a changing area and separate 1/2 bath to help keep the lower level dry! The landscaping, pool and pool equipment were all new with the 2020 renovation. The classic garden house in NE corner is built on a foundation with a crawl space; floors and walls appear to be stable and there was running water and electricity at one point.
