Customize your comfort with a dedicated heating and cooling system for the studio.
A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Private parking spaces are available directly next to the property.
Enter through the rear entrance and ascend to the third floor of this 3-story home. Your private studio is easily accessed via a keybox located next to the door. Perfect for Cleveland Clinic visitors, traveling nurses, Cleveland Clinic students, or anyone seeking a cozy, functional studio with modern amenities and historic charm.
We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you.
