The home is best enjoyed with a car, with parking available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. From the house, you’re less than 10 minutes to Brandon Mall, 15 minutes to the Hard Rock Casino and MidFlorida Amphitheatre, 20 minutes to downtown Tampa, and about 60 minutes to Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Tampa International Airport is just 25 minutes away.
Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, with a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Pets are not authorized, and unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fine of $100 per month. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fines. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors may be installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance is part of the stay, and you may see lawn care, pest control, or pool service technicians on site during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM. Please respect your neighbors by refraining from loud noise or disruptive behavior. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly for a potential full security deposit return.
