A little less than half the property has been cleared as yard. The wooded area is natural w/some paths cut out for walks or 4-wheeler rides. There's a deer feeder in the backyard - we've enjoyed watching them from the sunroom. Can be removed if new owner requests.

Yard is beautiful in the Springtime w/the blooming Dogwood trees, various colored Azaleas & pink Camellias. Various other trees adorn this yard - Oak, Walnut, Pecan & Magnolia.
