I made a mistake, this house does not have a living room and family room. There is only 1 big room. 202 Wilson Cove is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath home in Shiloh Place. Shiloh is approx 1 mile from campus. Very nice yard with fenced in back. Carpeted floors in Living Room and bedrooms, vinyl in Kitchen and baths. Currently the house is rented but they bought a house and will be moving at the end of Dec so we will be trying to sell or rent the house. The owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in California and Tennessee but not Mississippi. Tenant works night so it needs to be shown be before 2 pm
