Love the layout: master bedroom on one side, 3 bedrooms on the other side living/dining/kitchen/coffee nook in the middle. Two rooms on one side share a full bath. Close doors and you'll never see anyone. Living room is also fully closeable for guests who can use the full hall bath.

Two patios: one by the back door and a further small one a few feet away. Perfect for quiet gatherings.

Renter does normal maintenance and cleaning, can provide basic yard work for ~$50. Renter pays for all utility fees and costs. Strict policy: take care of my property and I'll take care of you.
