The current owner put new flooring in in 2017, a new roof was installed in 2011, new well pump 2013, in 2007 90% gas furnace was installed and although there is no A/C, the electric is all set up so that someone could install if desired. Septic last pumped 2002 (1000 gal tank), Chimneys and stoves last inspected in 2017, Double pane windows were installed in 2014. The washing machine drains to a separate leach field (repaired in 2010). There is a 20 ft agricultural ditch easement at the back of the property.
