Situated in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, the apartment is just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance.
The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
