About Perryville Senior Apartments
We are a smoke-free, affordable housing community offering studio & 1 bedroom apartments located right across the street from the Perryville Senior Community Center in a quiet neighborhood just a block off the town square near various businesses including boutiques for shopping, restaurants, banks and the post office all within walking distance.
Eligible residents of our community must be 62 years or older, or 18+ years old for those who are mobility impaired, and the households total combined income must be below the maximum annual income limits which are determined by HUD. Effective as of 05/15/2023 for our community, the maximum annual income limit allowed is: $27,650 for a 1-person household and $31,600 for a 2-person household.
