As a newly single Mom with middle/high school kids, it was convenient to the schools. It was also nice that the house was new and didn't have much upkeep, it was efficient with utilities and convenient not to have to mow or worry about my road being plowed during snowstorms. It was very easy to get into town from our house, and easy to hop onto route 15 to go north or south. The house itself was spacious with lots of windows and light. New appliances so no upkeep and convenient for cooking and cleaning. We had lots of close neighborhoods to be able to ride bikes or walk our dog. And we were close enough to be able to walk to Half Pint, a local ice cream shop! Wonderful neighborhood and home for us!"
