The huge Fairway supermarket is just a few blocks away as are many fine stores, eateries and cool hang out spots. The water taxi to lower Manhattan is close by also and street parking is easy. There are frequent local buses( B57 and B61 ) that connect with the subway at Smith and 9th Street ( F G R trains) and Borough Hall where you can connect with the 2 3 4 5 Q and R trains.

Because this location is on higher ground, 220 Conover was unaffected by Hurricane Sandy.
