It is close to town but we still have the feeling of country/rural living and it seems so private.
We enjoy the excellent location for viewing Northern Lights and hardly hear any traffic noise. There are many visits from wildlife including moose,
Loons & geese.
There is Radiant in floor heat on both levels of the house & the garage. It keeps everything cozy. We never seems to run out of hot water and the Steam shower.....is fantastic. The Ventilation system is a must have, we always have fresh clean air. There are Plenty of bedrooms 4 plus a crafting or office room and an extra large family room that could be divided. With Plenty of bathrooms 3 and 2 Laundry rooms one on each level.
There is a several windows to allow the sun in which can warm up the house or for enjoying the southern exposure while on the deck on the early mornings drinking coffee and taking in the views.
Outside we have Low maintenance vinyl siding which allows you to enjoy the short summers without needing to paint, a Circular driveway for ease coming and going, a place to park your Camper/Motorhome. We have
