Cleaning fees are $115 for short stays and $200 for monthly stays. Mid-stay cleanings are available for $25 per hour. Guests receive a 10% discount on bike rentals or tours with Barton Springs Bike Rental and Tours. There is one reserved off-street parking space right in front of the door and additional free parking on the street.
