Reserved parking is available for one car right by the staircase to the door. A pet fee of $50 is charged for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left alone. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request.
