Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Guests must agree to the rental terms and conditions and may be required to undergo a background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
