Located in the heart of the entertainment district, this apartment is within walking distance of Fry’s Food and Drug, the Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, the Phoenix Symphony, and Heritage Square. Sophisticated dining, shopping, and entertainment are just blocks away. The Valley Metro light rail system is nearby, providing easy access throughout the Valley. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
