2234 and 2238 N. 17th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007 are both for sale individually or simultaneously in the Fairview Place Historic District. Fairview Place Historic District is a downtown Phoenix neighborhood of modest homes that are cozy and unpretentious.
