We are also located almost exactly between the headquarters of Alphabet and Apple.
Our apartments rent for $2,795 (Studio), $2,995 (1BR/1BA) and $3,795 (2BR/2BA) per month and up depending upon the unit amenities. We have a few furnished units, some units with washer/dryers in the unit, and some units with private fenced yards. A one month security deposit is required. Your select pet is welcome as well. We offer 12 month leases, and sometimes more flexible options as well.

Each unit comes with an assigned covered parking space, a storage space, and we have excess parking available. Some utilities are included.

It is a short commute to the headquarters of either Apple (5.8 miles) or Alphabet (4 miles). Bicyclists will enjoy the proximity to the Stevens Creek Trail.
Our school district features excellent local schools: Benjamin Bubb Elementary (Niche school rating:- A-) Graham Middle School (Niche school rating: A-), and Mountain View High School (Niche school rating: A).
