Landlord is pretty traditional on income and credit. They will want to see that the tenants make approximately 40x the monthly rent in income (combined) and have credit in the high 600's or better.
If they don't qualify they can use a guarantor, but they'll need to make 80x the monthly rent in income and have credit above 700.
