Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items.
