No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
