This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away, you can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel per guest per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
