The river and Lake Hartwell have fishing for panfish, crappie and several bass species.

Location is excellent! Clemson University is less than 20 minutes away, and you can be in downtown Greenville, SC in just 40 minutes! Lakes Hartwell, Keowee and Jocassee are all within 30 minutes with public access. Thousands of acres of public land in the nearby SC and NC mountains offer hiking, waterfalls, camping and other outdoor activities

Note: There are FEMA Flood Zone areas in the bottoms along Camp Creek and the Twelve Mile River. There is a landfill on the adjacent property containing sediment from the removal of two old dams on the Twelve Mile River in 2011. 62 acres of additional adjacent acreage is also available for purchase, which includes another ¼ mile of frontage on the river.
