This property only allows a 6-month minimum term, up to 12-24 months, with a preference for furnished leases. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outdoor areas, and will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service.
