One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
