Enjoy access to the community pool and a nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
This apartment is conveniently located near various attractions, including USF (2.2 miles), MOSI (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 miles).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation and can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
