This apartment features a full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals, a comfy living area, dining areas, and free washer/dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook located in the kitchen, and a dining area available to sit down and share meals together. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two.
One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence.
This apartment is conveniently located near various attractions, including USF (2.2 miles), MOSI (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 miles).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. It is important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Late check-outs are not permitted (unless coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
