The Atomic AFrame was constructed in 1962 and is an iconic symbol of that space age era. This is a rare and true architectural A-Frame . The extra large deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the squirrels and mountain birds play among the trees. There is also a spa for soaking after an invigorating hike. One bedroom and the bath are downstairs, the second - a sleeping loft - is up a ship-like ladder as was original. The loft features a wall of glass so that time spent here is truly like sleeping in a tree house. There are also an abundance of openable skylights throughout. Downstairs is a large heated/air conditioned basement where the laundry is located as well as an abundance of storage.
