Walk up the driveway (on the right of the house) to the carport; the cottage is the building on the right. It is fine to drive by but please do not disturb the current tenants.

Everything was new and upgraded in 2023: New tiles, countertops, and cabinets in the kitchen, tiled shower in the BA, hardwood floor in the living room and all bedrooms, new Fridge and Washer/Dryer, and fresh new paint everywhere.
The airy kitchen features a gas stove and refrigerator, new fridge, plenty of new cabinets, and a new skylight. The bathroom is separated into two areas by a sliding door; the first has a sink and the laundry (washer/dryer), and the next has the toilet and shower. To the left of the kitchen is the living room and three bedrooms (of office spaces) that are small but functional. The third bedroom is at the very back of the cottage and could be used as an office or studio.
There is a large picture window in the living room, many skylights looking up into redwood trees, and French doors leading outside to the patio. The patio is surrounded by vines and shaded by lovely redwoods and a fig tree, with room for grilling and eating outside and a cat or small dog to play.

Great location close to the UC campus, restaurants, cafes, and the Elmwood. The cottage has its own new washer and dryer (in the BA). The cottage includes one off-street parking spot in the shared driveway. Bicycle parking behind the cottage in a safe and roofed place.

The cottage is available November 15. The three students who lived here for several years have graduated and moved on to new jobs. We've completed some repairs and the cottage is empty and available now. Please send me an email if you are interested in a showing.”
