The property has a 20 GPM water right for the 17 GPM well. The well head is buried in the area between the deck and the back "spa" bedroom.

(There is also a 20 GPM water right to lake water that the current owners have never used and they are unaware of access to the lake water. There may be no access to this water from the lake, and sellers and listing agent have no knowledge of further information regarding this second water right.)

This property has frequent visits by local wildlife including elk, deer, bears, eagles, turkeys, and more.
