Our rental is only 10 years old and has a great open concept floor plan with an all electric kitchen and hard wood cabinets. We have newer vinyl plank flooring throughout faux hard wood that coordinates with the cabinets and vinyl kitchen/bathroom floors. The light fixtures are upgraded alabaster and all the windows have heavy duty wood slat blinds. There is no garage, but there is a large covered carport. We purposely landscaped with rock to avoid high water bills for tenants. The house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to grocery store, hardware store, bank, healthcare the restaurants. Renter pays all utilities.
