The three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer ultimate privacy. For added comfort, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping flexibility. The 3rd floor offers seamless indoor and outdoor seating areas with stunning valley views.
Villa 6 offers one covered parking spot, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and an associated fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available for use with prior arrangement.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please ensure all fires are extinguished after use and bring your own firewood for the firepit. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox. The property is equipped with cameras for safety, and tampering with them will result in fines.
