Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises, with fees applicable for violations.

Please bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the grill, and extinguish all fires after use. The pool and hot tub should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy in shared spaces, and note that there are cameras throughout the complex for safety. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, and it's common to encounter wildlife.
