Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. There are cameras throughout the complex and fines will be imposed if tampered with. A $50 replacement fee per key will be charged if keys are not returned to the lockbox. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations.
