Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed at Goodbull Getaway, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access them in any way, and failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
