Detached garage for additional parking and storage. Concrete pad for parking an RV, boat or vehicles. The original home from the 70s burnt down in 2021. It had been on a crawl space. Contractor/seller dug out a basement and poured new footers and started from scratch except for the septic system. All completely new housing but same septic system. No records have been found on the system but seller hasn't had any problems with it before it burned or since building and living in the new home. Pool will be opened for inspections.
