When Summer comes along not many can resist cooling off on a hot afternoon at our large pool. The L-shape configuration makes for an elongated shallow end (three feet graduating to six feet) for the younger guppies while the roped-off deeper end (eight feet) is usually taken up with a game of Marco Polo or Sharks & Minnows. Residents enjoy this amenity from late May through Labor Day, and there is ample parking adjacent to the gated pool area.

In 2014, the pool was completely resurfaced with new swim lanes installed for those who love to swim laps. There were new LED pool lights installed which help cut the cost of energy and will pay for themselves within two years. The pool deck is used for multiple neighborhood social activities such as the annual pool season open party, movie “Dive-In” nights and our annual adult social.
