This furnished apartment is located in Burbank, a thriving city at the southeastern end of Los Angeles's Fernando Valley. This chic community located 12 miles northwest of Downtown LA has a spirit all its own. Burbank is the headquarters of both the Walt Disney and Warner Brothers studios, so creativity is a given here. Cool bars and cafes line West Burbank Boulevard, and the neighborhood is also home to one of LA's oddest attractions: the Bearded Lady's Mystic Museum. The diverse dining scene includes everything from American comfort food to Japanese to Thai. Anyone who loves to cook can fill up their grocery cart at Ralphs or Trader Joe's right in the area. Another local gem is the Urban Press Winery, which regularly hosts events and tastings on its lovely patio. While Burbank has its own train station, most residents rely on cars to get around.
