Renting private 1 bed 1 bath in a 2 bed 2 bath townhome, located in a beautiful location of Bay Meadows in San Mateo. The entire area is newly developed with many parks. SFO airport is 10 mins by car. We pleasantly walk to grocery, restaurants & coffee shops (STARBUCKS & BLUE BOTTLE), WHOLE FOODS, Hillsdale Mall, and HILLSDALE CALTRAIN STATION. I am sure you'd enjoy staying here, like my previous tenants.

The bedroom is unfurnished. Living area & kitchen are furnished. In case you want the bedroom to be furnished, I can also accommodate the request but then monthly rent will increase by $200 to $500 depending what you need in the furnishing.

The owner (myself) lives in the 2nd bedroom. Owner is mostly traveling so the tenant would entire the entire house by himself/herself most of the time.

Lease Agreement Terms:
- For month to month lease, the monthly rent would be $3500.
- Security deposit is $5000
- The tenant needs to buy renters insurance.
- The rent includes utilities (Gas, Electricity, HOA, Internet)
- Parking Garage Access, monthly payment of $100 is required. Ample curb-side parking and street parking is available for free.
- Pets are not allowed.
