To accommodate an additional guest, one rollaway bed is available, and a Pack & Play can be provided upon request.
Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.

Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of USD$500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors.
