The master suite and 2nd guest room are on the 2nd floor, both surrounded by a huge wrap around open sun deck with gulf views. There is a spiral staircase off the deck connecting the deck and the private courtyards. The master suite is a grand area with vaulted tongue and groove, white wash pine ceiling, Jacuzzi tub, a morning kitchen and gulf views. The sellers' favorite part of this 'retreat' is the outside. The side and back courtyards are fenced in with 8' privacy wood fence. There is a working hot tub and an outdoor commercial double refrigerator and sink that convey with the home. The landscaping is very lush with over 40 mature palms. You could easily entertain 50 people outside between the upstairs open sun deck, the large screened in porch and the large courtyard. The siding is hardy plank which has been recently painted. The heat pump is 3 ½ ton and has a new compressor. Tranquil Shores S/D consists of 6 homes with a nice community pool and deeded, gated beach access. Camp Creek's golf course backs up to the property so there will never be a development there.
