Large walk in closet with built in shelves and lots of hanging space.

The location is amazing, on a quiet dead end street 1/2 block from the Whole Foods on Alameda in Burbank. Its close to Warner Brothers, Disney and Universal Studios. Lots of street parking and a residential parking permit can be obtained; otherwise its 2 hour parking during business hours.

$ 1990 per month with utilities and Internet included. Move in costs would include 1st and last month's rent and $250 damage/cleaning deposit. Available now. Seeking a one year lease. No smoking, no drugs.
