The large master bathroom can be entered from both the small room or the large studio/bedroom.

There is a fully fenced yard so a dog is welcome as well as cats. Washer/dryer is shared with the other 2 adults living in the front of home in a common covered area on opposite side of home from your patio. Unit is furnished with super comfortable queen size bed with 4 large drawers below. There is a couch and coffee table, a desk, dining table, full size refrigerator (coming tomorrow) and various food prep appliances available. The simple kitchen set up in your private space but you can also have access to the shared house kitchen if you wish to use the conventional oven. There is a 55" 4K TV. Large walk in closet with built in shelves and lots of hanging space.

The location is amazing, on a quiet dead end street 1/2 block from the Whole Foods on Alameda in Burbank. Its close to Warner Brothers, Disney and Universal Studios. Lots of street parking and a residential parking permit can be obtained; otherwise its 2 hour parking during business hours.

$ 1990 per month with utilities and Internet included. Move in costs would include 1st and last month's rent and $250 damage/cleaning deposit. Available now. Seeking a one year lease. No smoking, no drugs.
