You have plenty of cabinetry and counter space for the cook or entertaining. You will also love the convenience of having the washer and dryer, plus the pantry area behind closed doors in the kitchen. Another great feature is the enclosed porch right off of the kitchen area, which is so lovely for dining or just relaxing in nice weather. If this were my home, I would switch the living room and make that a formal dining room, leaving the kitchen addition for the family room. If you need first-floor bedrooms, there are two, and then the upper level has a huge bedroom area, or you could divide that space into two regions. The basement has a high ceiling to finish, but you would need to avoid ductwork, also a french drain with a battery back-up sump-pump.
