This one has a combination of things you rarely find. If one sentence could describe this house, I guess it would be 'Here's the well maintained Hamburg area split bedroom ranch on a pretty level, pretty private and pretty large fenced lot with an amazing deck that will make having that nice backyard even better.' Then I guess the next sentences would be something about how the floor plan is fairly open, how the inside of the house is pretty bright since it has lots of windows on the back, that it has a fireplace, that one of bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and the other has a walk in closet, that the primary bath has a double bowl vanity and separate tub/shower. Then for the out of town buyers I might write that it is close to the interstate. Maybe I would add for those who care about schools that it is in the Garrett Morgan Elementary and Douglass High district. Then for all the people upset over gas prices I would finish by saying how close it is to Hamburg and Costco (Which has the cheapest gas in town.) Yeah, that's what I would say about this place.
