Duck Woods Pond is 3/4 of a mile long and has ducks, geese, herons, egrets, hawks, osprey, turtles and fish. The waterfront was just bulkheaded. This property also includes the corresponding land on their side of the road. That is 66,101 sq. ft. of bay front marsh. You can build your own private bay front pier and gazebo. Large flowing master suite with a very impressive master bath with high ceilings, double sinks and a soaking jet tub. The 1,844 sq. ft. of living area does not count the FROG with 327 sq. ft. that can be used as an in-law suite. It has a small full bath and plenty of storage space and great views of Ginguite Bay. Anderson windows. A whole house water filter with an additional filter on the kitchen sink and also leading to the refrigerator ice-maker. Maintenance is done every three years and has been kept up accordingly. All of the appliances (except for kitchen stove/oven) have been replaced in the last 5 years and the kitchen microwave is brand new. The hot water heater is also on the geothermal system and was installed at the same time. The bulkhead and dock were built in the spring of 2014. The decks were just cleaned and sealed 1 month ago. A central vacuum system installed but hasn't been used since 2008. There are propane gas lines available for the fireplace but owner removed the fireplace insert. The kitchen stove-top is gas and there are also gas lines available for the dryer and hot water heater but owner uses electric appliances instead. The curtains in the living room and dining room and the blinds in the master bath will convey but none of the other window treatments will be sold with the house. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms. The pool has a custom built water fall. There are 3 zones for the high end Geo Thermal ac/heating system - master bedroom, main living area and the loft over the garage. Very private. Join SSCA tennis for a small additional fee. EZ to show. Seller just had a full home inspection done and had all of the work completed. Geo-Thermal service contract has just been renewed and paid for the year.
