Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
