Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed, but reimbursement is provided with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal.

There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Guests are reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean.
