New escrow 2/28/22. New buyers were keeping an eye on this pending listing and called. Last buyers bowed out. These new folks just had to come see and make it their own. Seller inherited property many years ago so there was much deferred maintenance. Electrical was added for outlets and lighting in loft. Walk out to the deck and down the stairs to an unfinished basement the same size as the cabin. Washer dryer work just fine, brand new water heater, easy to tie into the new septic and add a bathroom, lots of potential. One acre corner lot with loop driveway. Crestline Road goes through a corner of the land and that area of the road was groomed to Cal Fire Standards to make it safer for all.
